As a dedicated professional with extensive administrative and academic experience, I bring hands-on knowledge and expertise.​
My background in counseling psychology, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement, allows me to guide professionals through the complexities of their roles and empower them to achieve professional excellence.
My workshops guide participants through different levels of professional learning.
The model used systematically allows one to reach the deepest potential and connects it to the outside world. This approach ensures that change is not superficial but leads to the enduring alignment of professional identity and purpose.​​​​
