​I am the founder of KSIPD, a professional development platform for educators, and KSI Academy, a lab school and learning studio focused on updated education practices.

My work helps schools become more effective by strengthening the professionals who support learning every day.

 

I help education assistants, teaching assistants, learning coaches, and administrative teams move beyond task-based support into more confident, intentional, and valuable roles within the school community.

I have designed and facilitated learning experiences for 600+ school-based professionals from 70+ schools and organisations worldwide, including participants from Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and America.
