🦚Learning Goal
To have a good balance of physical healthy activity incorporated into daily life. Awareness to one’s physical health. To establish a specific fitness activity that the student will each stick to and eventually turn into a regular activity ( i.e., pick up a new sport or start enjoying a sport/yoga/ etc.)

🦚Assessment of progress
Test on muscular strength & endurance, cardio endurance, flexibility (test will be administered beginning, middle and end of the term). Personal progress of the new sport/activity/ student has pickup or interested in.
